Rewards Terms

These Clarity Rewards Terms ("Rewards Terms") are part of the Platform Agreement between your Company and Clarity, which governs your use of your Clarity Account. These terms explain how your Company can qualify for, earn, redeem, and forfeit Rewards, including Cashback Credits and Points. By maintaining a Clarity Account in good standing, you are automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program. If there’s a conflict between these Rewards Terms and the Platform Agreement regarding the Rewards Program, these Rewards Terms will control.

Clarity may update these terms at any time by posting a new version, with or without prior notice. Rewards, including their availability and terms, are subject to change or removal at Clarity’s discretion. Continuing to participate in the program after changes means you accept them.

Participation in the Rewards Program requires acceptance of these terms. If you no longer wish to participate, you must close your Clarity Account.

1. Eligibility and Earning Rewards

  1. 1.1 Eligibility

    To participate in the Rewards Program, your Clarity Account must remain in good standing, you must maintain a Linked Account, and all users earning Rewards on behalf of your Company must be authorized. Rewards may be forfeited if your account falls out of good standing, or if Clarity determines misuse or a violation of the Platform Agreement or these Rewards Terms. Clarity may restrict, revoke, or limit Rewards at its discretion.
  2. 1.2 Earning Rewards

    You can earn Rewards, including Points, for Qualified Purchases made using your Clarity Card. The rate and amount of Points are determined by Clarity. Rewards may only be available for Card transactions and not other Clarity products or services. Points can sometimes be converted to Cashback Credits, but they are not equivalent to cash. Clarity may impose limits, caps, or expiration rules for Points and other Rewards.
  3. 1.3 Qualified Purchases

    Certain transactions do not qualify for Rewards, including cash withdrawals, prepaid card purchases, fraudulent transactions, and more. Clarity reserves the right to define which transactions qualify or exclude any transaction at any time. Rewards may also be forfeited if payment for a transaction is not made in full.
  4. 1.4 Rewards Balance

    Your accrued Rewards will appear in your Clarity account. It’s your responsibility to ensure your balance is accurate. Discrepancies must be reported to Clarity within 60 days; otherwise, you forfeit the right to contest your balance. If your account is closed or suspended, you may lose access to your Rewards.
  5. 1.5 Additional Terms

    Certain Rewards may have additional terms provided by Clarity or third-party providers. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding these terms. Clarity is not responsible for issues arising from third-party terms.

2. Using Rewards

  1. 2.1 Rewards Are Not Property

    Rewards, including Points and Cashback Credits, are not your property and can only be redeemed by authorized Company Administrators. They are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  2. 2.2 Redeeming Rewards

    • Cashback Credits can only be used to reduce amounts owed to Clarity.
    • Points can be redeemed for select offerings from Clarity or third-party providers, based on the terms set by Clarity.
    • Rewards redemption may take time to process, and once redeemed, they cannot be reversed.

    Clarity reserves the right to refuse redemption if your account is not in good standing.

  3. 2.3 Taxes

    Rewards may qualify as taxable income. Your Company is responsible for any associated tax obligations. Clarity does not report Rewards as income unless required by law.

3. Losing Rewards

  1. 3.1 Closing Your Account

    If you close your Clarity Account without redeeming your Rewards, any unredeemed Rewards will be forfeited.
  2. 3.2 Forfeiting Rewards

    Rewards may be forfeited if your account is suspended, payments are past due, or if you misuse the program. Clarity may disqualify participants or reinstate forfeited Rewards at its discretion.

4. Other Terms

  1. 4.1 Program Termination

    Clarity may terminate the Rewards Program at any time.
  2. 4.2 Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, your Company releases Clarity from any liability related to the Rewards Program.
  3. 4.3 Severability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, your Company releases Clarity from any liability related to the Rewards Program.
  4. 4.4 Assignment

    You may not transfer your rights under these terms without Clarity’s consent. Clarity may assign its rights at any time.
  5. 4.5 Privacy

    Redeeming Rewards may involve sharing your Company’s or Users’ information with Clarity or third parties. By participating, you consent to this data sharing.

5. Definitions

  • "Cashback Credits": Credits redeemable against your Clarity Account balance.
  • "Points": Units earned through Qualified Purchases, with no monetary value.
  • "Qualified Purchase": A valid business-related purchase meeting the requirements of these terms.
  • "Rewards": Includes Points, Cashback Credits, and other benefits.
